Guideline to Upgrade firmware
Important :
This tablet only permit firmware upgrade from MicroSD card.- Please backup all files to computer before upgrade.
- After upgrade firmware, internal disk must be formatted, before copying files.
- Make sure machine has enough battery power before upgrade.
- Step 1: Extract firmware package zip file and copy the following files to MicroSD card under root directory
- Step 2: Shutdown tablet, press and hold "vol +"button while plug in charger. Wait until the startup logo appear on screen before releasing the button. System will then start under safe mode.
- Step 3: Press "vol –" button and select the "wipe data/factory reset" option, press return button to confirm. A popup screen will ask "Confirm wipe of all user data?", press "volume –" to select "Yes – delete all user data" and press return button to confirm.
- Step 4: Select and confirm "wipe cache partition" from the main menu
- Step 5: Select and confirm "wipe media partition" from the main menu and select "Yes – delete all media data" from dialog box.
- Step 6: Select and confirm "apply sdcard:update.zip"from the main menu. After system display the message "Install from sdcard complete", go back to main menu.
- Step 7: Select and confirm"reboot system now" from the main menu.
- Step 8: Firmware should be upgraded successfully and tablet will auto restart.
